The project targets individuals who have been unemployed for at least twelve months over the last year and a half. This evolution of the previous 30 Plus scheme aims to provide stable job opportunities for those facing the most significant barriers in the Baix Llobregat labor market.

Participating companies must offer permanent positions and ensure that workers can attend mandatory training during their shifts. While full-time roles are the standard, partial hours are permitted for employees with caregiving responsibilities for dependents.
