Lenze joins DFactory Barcelona to boost industrial automation and digital growth

The global provider settles in the Zona Franca hub to develop Industry 4.0 solutions and smart manufacturing.

The global automation provider Lenze has officially joined the DFactory Barcelona ecosystem this Saturday, March 14th, strengthening the industrial hub's position as a leader in digital transformation.

The Consorci de la Zona Franca de Barcelona (CZFB) welcomed the firm in an event attended by Pere Navarro, Blanca Sorigué, and Óscar Chaves. Lenze specializes in mechatronic products and digital services designed to optimize production processes and energy efficiency in sectors such as logistics and robotics.

The hub currently hosts over 40 companies and is nearing full occupancy. To accommodate growing demand, CZFB has started expansion works to increase the facility from 17,000 to 60,000 square meters, with new buildings expected to be ready by early 2027.
