The team of the Ombudsman will be present in Sant Feliu to attend consultations and complaints. These issues may be linked to the actions of the public administration as well as potential rights violations by companies managing public interest services such as electricity, water, or gas.
Citizens interested in filing a complaint or making a consultation can book an appointment in advance. Contact methods include a free call to 900 124 124, sending an email to citaprevia@sindic.cat, or through the website visita.sindic.cat.
In-person visits will take place at the Centre Cívic Les Tovalloles, located at riera de la Salut, 7. For those who prefer, there is also the option of remote contact.
Through this initiative, the Ombudsman reaffirms its commitment to defending citizens' rights and improving the functioning of public administration and essential services. The presence in the municipality aims to bring the institution closer to citizens to facilitate the submission of complaints and consultations.
