The Sant Feliu de Llobregat City Council will launch the new Citizen Service Center at Torre Can Calders on March 2nd to bring administration closer to residents.

This new facility is designed to be a key point of contact for the city's mountainous area. The project is part of a broader strategy to decentralize public services that were previously centralized at the Town Hall.
The center will host the Citizen Service Office (OAC), Social Services, and a Local Police unit focused on community safety. It will also include the OMIC consumer office, conflict mediation services, and the youth psychological support program Vine i parlem.
Starting in January 2026, the center will expand its capabilities with a dedicated OAC delegation. This will allow residents to complete administrative tasks, such as census updates, without traveling to the main city center.
