The La Bisbal del Penedès Town Council has officially delegated the drafting of its comprehensive sanitation plans to the Baix Penedès Regional Council (CCBP) to ensure coordinated regional management.

Approved during an extraordinary session on February 9, the agreement focuses on the Integrated Sanitation System Management Plans (PIGSS). These documents will provide a technical diagnosis of the current sewer system to prevent future incidents and plan necessary infrastructure investments.

"We believe this will guarantee coordinated and efficient management at a regional level."
