Cadí La Seu lost 92-83 against Joventut Badalona on Wednesday, concluding the first half of the Women's League in fourteenth place with a record of five wins and ten losses.

The Sedis Bàsquet team completed the first fifteen games with a 5-10 record, placing them on the edge of safety. Currently, the team is tied with Movistar Estudiantes (12th), CAB Estepona (13th), and their next opponent, Kutxabank Araski (15th), which is already in the relegation zone.
The match against Joventut in Badalona ended 92-83, even though the visiting team dominated the first half, reaching halftime with a 41-44 lead. The dynamic shifted in the third quarter when the Penya secured a decisive 25-10 run, leaving the score 66-54 before the final period.
Despite attempts at a comeback, Cadí could not reverse the result. Laia Raventós stood out with 22 points and Shaylee Gonzales with 19. Nahan Niare (14 points) and Ainhoa Gervasini (10 points) also contributed important points. For Joventut, the top scorers were Lauren-Jeene Ebo (19) and Gnere Dembelé (17).
In other league news, the coach from La Seu d'Urgell, Bernat Canut, has positioned his team, Hozono Global Jairis, in fourth place (9-6), tied with Perfumerías Avenida. This allows Canut to defend the Copa de la Reina title he won last season.
