Residents of the Remei neighborhood in Badalona have long complained about the safety risk posed by a ruined property at the intersection of Guifré and Primavera streets.

The poor state of conservation of a house located at the intersection of Guifré street and Primavera street, in the Remei neighborhood of Badalona, has forced authorities to take preventive measures. Currently, the sidewalk passing beneath the facade is cordoned off with tape by the Firefighters and the Guàrdia Urbana (Local Police) to prevent pedestrian access due to the risk of detachments.
Local residents claim that this situation has been ongoing for too long without the Badalona City Council providing a definitive solution, despite the property being privately owned. This spot had previously been a concern due to repeated fires in the garbage containers located directly opposite, the marks of which are still visible on the asphalt.

"It's been like this for years and it gets worse every time. We are worried that a piece of the facade might fall or that some misfortune might happen."
