The closure order, effective since February 2, 2026, affects the La Imperial bar-restaurant, situated on Carrer de Calderón de la Barca, within the Salut neighborhood of Badalona. The decision was made after verifying that the establishment was carrying out its activity without the corresponding municipal license.
Before proceeding with the sealing, municipal services repeatedly required the establishment's managers to regularize their administrative situation.
The closure measure is applied to ensure strict compliance with municipal legislation regarding activities and public safety.
Despite the warnings and deadlines granted by the Badalona council, the business failed to submit the necessary documentation or complete the required procedures. Given this non-compliance, and having exhausted administrative channels, the council proceeded with the closure.
