The 080 Barcelona Fashion is holding its most ambitious edition yet with a change of location to Port Vell, showcasing collections from 26 brands and designers from Tuesday to Friday, featuring international novelties and notable anniversary celebrations.

The Catalan fashion week will host proposals from 26 brands and designers, surpassing the 24 from the previous edition. Among the regular participants are established brands such as Custo, Txell Miras, Escorpion, Eñaut, Dominnico, and Guillermo Justicia. This edition stands out for the incorporation of new brands like the Galician Adolfo Domínguez, making its debut at 080 to celebrate its 50th anniversary, and the Basque SKFK.
International presence is strengthened with Mexican designer Ricardo Seco, who will present his new collection and iconic pieces to commemorate his 25-year career. Also participating is Nazzal Studio, a Palestinian fashion and art firm based in Jordan. Seco's inclusion came at the last minute, following the cancellation of the Dominican brand Luar.

"We have a lot of demand from brands that want to participate in 080 because they see Barcelona as the ideal platform to boost themselves, especially internationally, which reinforces 080's position as an international reference point."

Marta Coca · Head of 080
The relocation to Port Vell has been well-received by designers, who view it as a challenge and an opportunity for growth. Txell Miras, one of the most loyal designers to 080, who will present her autumn/winter collection, has expressed her enthusiasm for the novelty of the maritime setting.

"For me, a fashion show is not just about showing clothes; it's also about the scenography, the music, and, of course, the location. The environment is very important, and here we will gain the sea, which will give us an extra advantage."

For his part, Custo Dalmau, from the brand Custo, also a veteran of the runway, highlighted the necessity of the location change, as the former venue in Sant Pau had become too small given 080's growth. The brand Escorpion will be responsible for opening the shows on Tuesday with its new autumn/winter collection.
As an additional novelty, this edition includes the celebration of the European Author Fashion International Conferences, taking place on Monday and Tuesday in Barcelona, in parallel with 080, with the participation of organizers from fashion weeks in cities like Copenhagen and Lisbon, as well as members of the National Chamber of Italian Fashion.
