The Guàrdia Urbana de Barcelona arrested a motorcyclist in the Eixample district on Friday, January 30, after finding a fraudulent driving license and nearly 70 grams of cocaine on him.

The incident began when GUB officers observed the motorcyclist driving dangerously, swerving in zigzags between vehicles in the Eixample district. This behavior prompted the stop for road safety reasons.
Upon identification, the driver presented a license that immediately raised suspicions of being fraudulent. After confirming that the man had previous records for offenses against public health, the officers proceeded to search him.
During the search, officers located nearly 70 grams of cocaine on the motorcyclist. Consequently, the man was arrested for the possession of narcotic substances.
In addition to the arrest, the motorcyclist was reported for using a fake driving license and for lacking mandatory insurance for the vehicle. The motorcycle was immediately taken to the municipal depot, according to details provided by the Guàrdia Urbana.
