The 26th edition of the Li-Chang Memorial International Magic Festival will be held in Badalona from January 31 to March 1, combining stage galas with local proposals and social actions.

The core of the program will be concentrated on the weekend of February 20 to 22 with the International Galas at the Teatre Zorrilla, hosted by Àlex Gilabert. The lineup includes international figures such as Joshua Kenneth, Jaana Felicitas, The Great Kaplan, Jérôme Murat, and Dani Polo, offering a combination of stage magic, humor, and grand illusions.
Two major awards will be presented during the galas. The honorary mention, to be awarded on Friday, February 20, will recognize the more than half-century career of Xavier Tàpies. Furthermore, the Li-Chang Award will be given on Sunday, February 22 to the artist best rated by the audience through online voting.

One of the social novelties of this edition is the collaboration with the Hospital Universitari Germans Trias i Pujol to bring magic closer to children and young people with long hospital stays.

The festival, directed by Enric Magoo, will open on January 31 with the Catalonia Magicians' Meeting at the Centre Comercial Màgic. Other venues like the Teatre Margarida Xirgu will host the family show Gota by Txema Muñoz on February 8, with sessions adapted for school audiences and relaxed performances. The program will conclude on March 1 at the Teatre Blas Infante with the traditional Solidarity Magic Gala.
According to organizational sources, 80% of the tickets for the shows in the municipal theaters are already sold, demonstrating the success of the event. Tickets are available through the Teatre Zorrilla and at the box office.
