The Barcelona Chamber of Commerce presented its Gold Medal of Honor on March 17 to entrepreneur Joan Planes, executive Enric Crous, and leader Anna Mercadé.

The event took place at the historic Llotja de Mar and was led by Chamber President Josep Santacreu. The institution highlighted the 'exceptional merits' of the three recipients and their role in the country's economic progress.
Eloi Planes accepted the award on behalf of his father, Joan Planes, the founder of Fluidra. The ceremony also celebrated the professional legacies of Enric Crous and Anna Mercadé in their respective fields.
