The event, which closed registrations with a historic record of 36,000 runners, is confirmed as the most crowded in the country and the second largest in Europe. All participants crossing the finish line on February 15, 2026, will be able to wear this special award.

The design of this year's medal stands out for its rhombus shape and the use of the race's corporate colors. The piece features figures of athletes running against the backdrop of the city of Barcelona and some of its architectural icons in the upper section.

In the center of the rhombus are the logo and letters of the Barcelona Half Marathon, along with the race date. In the lower section, a triangle includes the letters "21k," referring to the official half marathon distance.
