The city of Barcelona will experience a variable weather Friday with moderate wind in the morning, mild temperatures at noon, and the possibility of light drizzle along the coast starting in the evening.

The Friday forecast is marked by meteorological variability due to the approach of a front. Clear skies and sunshine are expected early in the morning, but cloud cover will increase progressively starting from midday. The west wind will blow moderately, especially during the early hours and south of the Llobregat river.

Meteocat has issued wind warnings and Protecció Civil has activated the pre-alert of the Ventcat plan for Saturday.

In the afternoon, intermittent showers or drizzle are not ruled out anywhere along the central coast and pre-coastal areas. Regarding temperatures, the atmosphere will be very mild at noon on the coast, where thermometers could exceed the 15 ºC mark.
The most notable situation will arrive on Saturday morning, with a strong Mistral wind that could exceed 70 km/h in the metropolitan area, especially south of the Llobregat. In contrast, Sunday is expected to be calmer and sunnier, although a cold air mass will favor showers between Monday and Tuesday.
