Investigation leads gathered by the police suggest that James Gracey died accidentally. The young man had been missing since the early hours of Tuesday, leading to a coordinated search effort across the city's coastline.

His body was discovered on Thursday near Somorrostro beach. The recovery was part of a specialized operation involving the Underwater Unit and the Maritime Police, who had been scouring the area for several hours before the discovery.
