A 28-year-old transporter was arrested on May 7th at the Guardia Civil Command in Barcelona, located in Sant Andreu de la Barca, after an active judicial order for his imprisonment was found.

The young man, employed by a furniture transport company, arrived at the Guardia Civil facilities to make a routine delivery of furniture intended for the force's personnel. During the access control, agents from the Protection and Security Section (SEPROSE) identified the three workers present.
During the data check, an alert appeared on the National Warrants Database (BDSN), indicating that one of the transporters had an active judicial warrant for search, arrest, and imprisonment. The Judicial Police Unit of Barcelona verified the information through the SIRAJ system.
The warrant, issued by the Criminal Section of the Court of Instance of Pamplona, was for a crime of conviction breach. Once its validity was confirmed, officers proceeded to arrest the transporter within the premises.
Subsequently, the detainee was handed over to the Martorell Court of First Instance, which ordered his admission to a penitentiary center in Barcelona. What was supposed to be a normal workday ended with the transporter heading to prison instead of completing his delivery.
