The FC Barcelona presidential candidate, Joan Laporta, presented his re-election project in Barcelona this February, warning against inexperienced bids that could jeopardize the club's recovery.

Running under the slogan Defensem el Barça, Laporta emphasized that his leadership guarantees the club remains owned by its members. He faces competition from other potential candidates such as Víctor Font, Marc Ciria, and Xavi Vilajoana.

"We are the guarantors that Barça will always be owned by its members."
