The Junts and ERC parliamentary groups requested on February 12 that Interior Minister Núria Parlon explain the emergency measures taken during the recent windstorm.

The management of storm Nils has sparked political debate in Catalonia. Both parties have formally asked for Núria Parlon and the head of Civil Protection, Marta Cassany, to justify the criteria used for regional restrictions.

"Managing exceptional situations requires criteria, proportionality, and adaptability, not uniform decisions."
