The only change to the usual schedule was a night train from Tortosa to Barcelona before 10:00 PM. At Sants, some trains were delayed for nearly two hours due to overcrowding.
The traffic management plan by Trànsit (Traffic Service) in Tarragona and Terres de l'Ebre proceeded without major incidents, despite moments of complexity. The director of the Servei Català de Trànsit, Ramon Lamiel, pointed to major traffic jams at the confluence of major roads like the AP-7 or A-2 in Martorell, and the AP-7 in El Vendrell.
