Severe wind gusts this Thursday in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat have triggered over 50 emergency calls, road closures, and significant disruptions to the local transport network.

Wind speeds reached 100 km/h in Barcelona and 90 km/h in El Prat during the night. In L'Hospitalet, Carrilet Avenue was closed near Francesc Macià Square due to a fallen tree and structural risks at the Santa Eulàlia institute.
Bellvitge Hospital reported issues with fallen trees blocking ambulance routes and metallic sheets blowing off the emergency entrance. Maintenance crews have since cleared the access points.
Travel remains difficult as Rodalies trains are restricted to 80 km/h. Additionally, one lane on the C-32 highway towards Cornellà has been closed due to debris on the road.
