Two technicians from the Linguistic Normalization Center of Terres de l'Ebre (CNLTE) participated in the VI Conference on teaching Catalan as an additional language, held at EOI Barcelona-Drassanes, where they showcased teaching innovation experiences.

Magda Aragonès and Gemma González, linguistic normalization technicians at CNLTE, presented the communication "The self-assessment rubric" last Saturday, October 17th. The presentation focused on the application of this tool in the Elemental 2 course, as well as on previous experiences conducted in the Basic 1 and Basic 2 courses by other technicians from the Center.
These initiatives are part of the collaborative research-action (RAC) cycle of the Consorci per a la Normalització Lingüística (CPNL), which aims to foster teacher reflection and improve teaching practices. The use of self-assessment rubrics allows students to reflect on their learning and identify areas for improvement.
During the conference, the CPNL also introduced three other RAC projects from different centers and the new didactic material for beginners, 'Ara. Català per començar'.
