High-speed train services between Barcelona and Madrid, along with several Rodalies lines, are facing significant delays this February 12th due to severe wind conditions.

Adif reported that plastic debris on the overhead lines between L'Arboç and Vilafranca del Penedès has disrupted AVE services since noon. Technical teams are working to clear the tracks.
In the Rodalies local network, fallen trees and solar panels have forced temporary closures between Vilanova i la Geltrú and Cunit, and between Maçanet and Girona.
As a safety precaution, Renfe has implemented speed restrictions across the network, resulting in delays exceeding 30 minutes on the R11 line towards Portbou.
