The Mossos d'Esquadra are investigating the violent death of a woman found stabbed this Thursday afternoon inside an occupied premises in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat.

Police received a call reporting a dispute around 7 p.m. Upon arrival, officers confirmed the discovery of the victim's body, which showed clear signs of violence.
Mossos d'Esquadra investigators are working to clarify the relationship between the victim and the attacker, with the primary goal of determining whether the incident constitutes a gender-based crime.
The location of the incident is a commercial property belonging to an investment fund, which had been occupied since October 2023. Sources from the L'Hospitalet City Council confirmed that there was an open urban planning disciplinary file and that police pressure had been exerted to identify the people residing there.
At one point, the premises had housed up to 40 people, although the current number of occupants is significantly lower. The investigation to locate the killer and determine the exact causes of death is currently under a secrecy order.
