Furthermore, the president of Lluïsos de Gràcia, Laura Rafegas, used the meeting to reproach the Sports Councilor, Mercè Saltor, for the council's lack of response to a request for the installation of a basketball hoop at Escola Pau Casals, a request pending since September.
The complaint stemmed from the fact that the club had been forced to assume the cost of the hoop and planned to install it due to the District’s inaction. Finally, the City Council installed the hoop this Wednesday without notifying Lluïsos, even though the club had already purchased one.
