The Santa Coloma de Gramenet City Council, through Grameimpuls, has launched the Integral Plus program to subsidize up to 70 indefinite contracts for long-term unemployed individuals until July 1, 2026.

The Integral Plus program, promoted by the Santa Coloma de Gramenet City Council through Grameimpuls, offers a new line of subsidies to local companies that hire unemployed individuals. The initiative is specifically designed to facilitate the job insertion of people over 30 years old who are long-term unemployed, as well as residents over 45 years old who are currently out of work in the city.
Subsidies can reach up to 12,431 euros per contract, with a maximum duration of 18 months, or the proportional amount corresponding to the effective time of the contract. This aid line will allow financing up to 70 hirings in total.
To access the grants, companies must formalize a full-time, indefinite contract between January 1 and July 1, 2026. Furthermore, signing a collaboration agreement with Grameimpuls is an essential requirement.
Beneficiary companies must also ensure that the contracted person receives job-adapted training. This training must have a minimum duration of 10 hours and a maximum of 120 hours, aiming to improve professional qualification and ensure stable job integration.
The project is subsidized by the Servei Públic d’Ocupació de Catalunya (SOC) and the Servicio Público de Empleo Estatal – Ministerio de Trabajo y Economía Social. The execution period for the program will extend until December 29, 2026.
