The call, approved by Mayoral Decree no. 2026/117, responds to the urgent need to fill the job, as it has not been possible to do so with public servants holding national habilitation through the usual procedures. The position, reserved for public servants with national habilitation, belongs to the A1 classification group, with a destination level of 27 and an annual specific complement of €27,235.46.
The responsibilities of the role include public faith, mandatory legal advice, internal economic-financial oversight, accounting, and treasury, in accordance with current legislation.
Requirements for participation include Spanish nationality, having reached 16 years of age, possessing the university degree required for sub-group A1, not having been dismissed from public service, and demonstrating proficiency in Catalan (level C1 or equivalent). Applications must be submitted electronically through the Town Hall's electronic office or in person within 20 calendar days from the day after the announcement's publication. Copies of the National Identity Document, academic degree, curriculum vitae, and proof of merits must be attached.
The selection process will consist of an opposition phase (50 points) with a practical knowledge test and a competition phase (30 points) that will assess professional experience, training, prior competition success, and technological competencies (ACTIC), as well as a personal interview (up to 5 points).
