The music group Els Trinxats, originally from Berga, was nominated this Thursday in the Revelation Artist category of the prestigious Premis Enderrock 2026, decided by public vote.

The Revelation Artist nomination was announced this Thursday by Enderrock magazine and will be decided through two rounds of public voting. The first phase is already open and will run until February 18. The three finalists in each category will emerge from this round.
Els Trinxats are competing against nine other artists, including Abril, Alosa, Bèrnia, and Júlia Boncompte. The definitive winners will be revealed during the awards ceremony, which will take place on the nights of March 25 and 26 at the Auditori de Girona.
The band, composed of Ferran Canudas (accordion and vocals), Albert Pont (guitar), Martí Serarols (bass), and Miquel Escànez (drums), released their first album, L'últim que tanqui la porta, last June. This work is characterized by a combination of “vindication, energy, and small doses of surrealism.”
The group defines itself by singing “0% in Spanish.” Their repertoire includes the track Llavis negres, which evokes the feelings of the Patum festival and gives a nod to the Berguedà group Brams and their song L'últim Tirabol. Regarding general nominations, 31FAM, Ginestà, and The Tyets lead the list with five nominations each.
