Comedian Quim Masferrer has begun filming the eleventh season of the program El Foraster in the municipality of Cercs, in Berguedà, visiting emblematic locations like Granja Merolla.

Filming for the eleventh season of El Foraster, the popular TV3 show hosted by Quim Masferrer, has commenced in Central Catalonia, specifically in the municipality of Cercs, in the Berguedà region. Mayor Urbici Malagarriga confirmed that the comedian was seen filming in the locality this Monday.
One of the points of interest that Masferrer wanted to highlight is Granja Merolla. This farm went viral in 2021 thanks to its owner, Maria Àngels, and her unique herd of alpacas, which have become a local attraction. During the shoot, the comedian was also seen walking through the streets and dancing with some residents.

The tenth season of El Foraster will feature nine episodes in which viewers will discover nine villages across Catalonia and the human stories, traditions, and unique characters behind them.

The filming in Cercs, which is expected to continue this Tuesday, coincides with the premiere of the tenth season episode filmed in Pinós. This tenth edition will also visit Tivenys, Besalú, Begur, the Vall de Cardós, Castellví de la Marca, and Brunyola, combining coastal, inland, and Pyrenees landscapes.
