His Majesty Carnestoltes and the Concubine arrived in Montblanc this Saturday, February 14th, greeted by crowds in the town center despite challenging windy conditions.

The morning parade featured the BandSonats brass band and the traditional Ball de Gitanes i Gitanos, who dressed up in rumba-themed costumes. The celebration culminated at the Town Hall, where the Carnival monarchs delivered their traditional satirical speech from the balcony.
While the morning activities and the evening party at the Casal remain on the schedule, the main afternoon parade was postponed. Safety concerns regarding the wind led organizers to move the event to Sunday afternoon.
