The police operation took place at midday at the Citizen Service Office (OAC) in Montblanc. Officers acted in coordination within the municipal facilities following an investigation into irregular residency registrations.
The detainees include a Spanish woman and two foreign men. Investigators are focusing on the alleged commission of document forgery during the census application process, aimed at obtaining fraudulent registrations.

The investigation remains active in the Conca de Barberà region. Police sources indicate that further arrests have not been ruled out as the inquiry into the administrative fraud continues.
