A key achievement highlighted by the Mayor is the new waste collection contract, valued at 13 million euros annually. This structural change replaces a decade-old agreement and includes a complete renewal of the city's cleaning fleet and containers before the summer season.
Future strategic projects include the transformation of the old Pirelli factory into a modern library and the development of nearly 200 social housing units. Additionally, the city is coordinating with the Generalitat to finalize the location for a new regional hospital.
