Roads in the Lleida region registered a total of 81,665 speeding fines during 2025, which averages out to 224 penalties per day.

This figure, provided by the Servei Català de Trànsit, represents a 24% decrease compared to 2024, when 107,700 fines were issued. It is worth noting that these statistics do not include penalties from seven specific speed cameras, such as those on the C-14 in Bassella and Vilanova de l'Aguda, and the AP-2 in Castelldans.
The most active speed camera in the demarcation was, once again, the one located on the AP-2 motorway, near l'Albi. This device detected 26,902 infractions, accounting for 30% of all speeding violations recorded by fixed cameras in the Lleida region. In second place was the A-2 camera in Bell-lloc d'Urgell, with 6,625 fines, despite a 23% decrease compared to the previous year. The third position went to the A-2 camera in Cervera, with 7,363 penalties, an increase of 20%.
Regarding cameras with the most significant decrease in fines, the N-260 in Prullans stands out with a 71% drop, and the same road in Ribera d'Urgellet saw a 60% reduction. A 61% decrease was also observed at the C-14 camera in Vilanova de l'Aguda and a 41% decrease at the A-2 camera in Tàrrega. In contrast, infractions increased significantly at other locations, such as the C-12 in Corbins (60% increase) and the C-13 in Talarn (55% increase). The N-240 in Torregrossa also recorded a 39% rise in detected violations.
