Hosted at the University of Girona, the competition featured 21 teams of students aged 10 to 16. This year's challenge focused on archaeology, requiring participants to build autonomous robots and develop scientific solutions for technical problems.
The winning project utilized virtual reality to allow remote visits to private archaeological sites. By creating 3D environments from technical drawings, the students designed an immersive experience accessible through VR headsets.
Other recognitions included the University of Girona Values Award for Exacavatech from Montcada i Reixach, and the Innovation Project Award for Jatta Printi from Bellaterra.
