The second deputy mayor of Girona, Joaquim Ayats, highlighted ERC's role in the local government, focusing on the progress of the Health Campus and urban cohesion.

Joaquim Ayats emphasized that the current majority between Guanyem, Junts, and ERC is crucial for the city's development. He noted improvements in public services like the Girocleta bike-sharing system, which now reaches Salt.
Regarding the Health Campus, Ayats stated that the project is a top priority. The city is working to ensure that the urban development in Mas Xirgu is feasible and protects the Vilamitjana Park.

"The campus cannot be delayed. This is a condition shared by everyone without nuances."
