Girona FC is finalizing an agreement with FC Barcelona for the loan of German goalkeeper Ter Stegen, aiming for him to be available for the league match next Monday at Montilivi against Getafe.

After facing the first three matches of the year without any reinforcements, the team led by Míchel hopes to have three new faces ready to host Getafe. One of these, the arrival of Echeverri, was already made official last Saturday.
The verbal agreement between Girona and Barça for the loan of Ter Stegen until the end of the season was reportedly closed yesterday, according to journalist Fabrizio Romano. The German goalkeeper decided last week to finish the season at the Girona club after being left out of the Copa del Rey squad.

The agreement between all parties is practically total, and the club is speeding up to have him available this Monday against Getafe.

In addition to the German keeper, the club is also working to finalize the signing of Fran Beltrán, a midfielder who would arrive permanently from Celta de Vigo for a symbolic transfer fee, as his contract was set to expire in June.
If both signings are confirmed and Ter Stegen manages to complete some prior training sessions, the German has a strong chance of starting the league match on Monday at the Montilivi stadium.
