The plot begins after the fairy transforms Pinocchio into a real boy, at which point he decides to fulfill his dream of creating his own circus. In this version, Geppetto becomes the clown, the fairy a trapeze artist, and Jiminy Cricket the ringmaster. However, a spell causes Pinocchio to turn back into a wooden puppet, unleashing an adventure full of humor and action, with the antagonist Chinche Chinchón kidnapping the fairy for her rival circus.

The tent is air-conditioned, offers a bar-cafeteria service, and has adapted facilities. Furthermore, it is highlighted as an animal-free circus.
