The popular TV3 show Joc de cartes returns to the screen this Wednesday night to visit the Maresme region, following a month-long hiatus caused by Copa del Rey football matches.

Hosted by Marc Ribas, this episode focuses on one of the area's most iconic ingredients: the pea. The culinary competition will visit four different establishments to decide which one creates the most memorable dish using this local treasure.
The journey starts in Sant Andreu de Llavaneres at Mas Nadal, a 17th-century farmhouse where Albert Casado showcases traditional recipes. The show then moves to Mataró to visit David Torres at Dale Steakhouse, known for its grilled meats.
The competition also features Esteve Parés at Catalans L'Ecològic in the Serralada Litoral Park, focusing on organic farming. Finally, Laura González will present her sustainable approach at La Nova Cisa in Premià de Dalt.
