Citizens will be able to propose and decide on investments worth €20,000 for each neighborhood. The process begins with the collection of proposals, where residents over 16 years of age can submit investment ideas through an online form, with a maximum of three proposals per person. Subsequently, proposals will be analyzed by the Department and municipal technical services will assess the most supported ones economically, a maximum of three per neighborhood.
The final selection will be made by citizens through popular vote. The aim is to promote a more equitable distribution of public resources and foster cohesion in the municipality. The total amount of €140,000 comes from the 2027 investment plan.
Key dates for the process include the proposal collection from October 28 to November 15, technical and economic assessment from November 16 to 22, and the final voting from December 2 to 13.
