The fourteenth edition of the Tiana Negra festival highlighted the evolution of the crime genre in Catalan, celebrating the 50th anniversary of the publisher La Magrana and the 40th anniversary of the La Negra collection. The event also marked the 100 titles published by Crims.cat and the rise of true crime podcasts.

The 13th Agustí Vehí Vila de Tiana Memorial Award was presented to Francesc Puigpelat for his work El pintor d’aquarel·les (The Watercolor Painter). This historical novel focuses on the youth years of Adolf Hitler before he became a dictator. The presentation was attended by Marie Gournay, the widow of Agustí Vehí.
Career awards recognized the work of Margarida Aritzeta in literary creation and Lluís Maria Tudó in translation. Festival director Anna Maria Villalonga emphasized the 14 years of promoting the genre, while Mayor Isaac Salvatierra called for the return of Lola Anglada's works to the municipality.
The closing ceremony, which included new book presentations, theater, music, and an exploration of true crime with the Crims team, culminated with the Tiana Black Route, held for the first time at night.
