The XIII Mantis Shrimp Gastronomic Days are held in 47 restaurants across the seaside towns of Alcanar, l'Ampolla, l'Ametlla de Mar, and la Ràpita from February 6 until March 8.

Once again, restaurants in the four seaside towns of the Terres de l'Ebre unite to offer an exquisite gastronomic experience centered on the mantis shrimp (galera) as the main protagonist. These days, held from February 6 to March 8, champion local and quality produce.
A total of 47 establishments are participating. The special menus will be paired, as in previous editions, with wines from the Denominació d'Origen Terra Alta. This initiative reinforces the commitment to local cuisine and the maritime identity of the coast.
By municipality, Alcanar and Les Cases d'Alcanar contribute 12 establishments, while L'Ametlla de Mar has 15 participating restaurants. L'Ampolla features 13 venues and La Ràpita 7, all offering culinary proposals featuring this crustacean.
The days offer an opportunity for visitors and locals to discover the Ebre coast and its natural and historical-cultural sites, keeping the fishing traditions of the area alive.
