The Amposta Theatre and Circus School (EtcA) has been selected as one of the five best initiatives for projection and training at the XVI Zirkòlika Awards 2025, recognizing its work in Terres de l'Ebre.

The EtcA nomination was chosen from 201 submitted proposals, highlighting the trajectory of the project developed since 2013. This annual recognition honors the most outstanding Catalan circus projects in artistic creation, cultural, social, and educational aspects.
Key initiatives promoted by the school include FestiCAM – the Amposta International Theatre and Circus Festival, which transforms the city's streets and squares into spaces for creation and cultural coexistence, prioritizing accessibility and citizen participation. EtcA also uses performing arts as a tool for inclusion and social cohesion in the region.
The center is affiliated with the Association of Theatre Schools of Catalonia (ACET) and the Association of Circus Training of Catalonia (AFOCC), offering theatre and circus training for all ages and levels. The Zirkòlika Awards 2025 ceremony will take place on December 17 in Barcelona, during the Nit de Circ gala, held in the Circ Raluy tent.
