The city of Amposta will host the 8th Ebro Delta Ecotourism Festival from March 20 to 22, establishing itself as a premier event for the sustainable tourism sector in Catalonia.

This year's edition, titled Sustainability and Technological Innovation, is organized by the Ebro Delta Ecotourism Business Association and supported by the Ebro Delta Natural Park. The goal is to bridge the gap between technology and environmental conservation.
The festival features six main themes, including renewable energy, sustainable mobility, and efficient water management. Activities include guided boat tours on La Perla, networking sessions, local food tastings, and family workshops.
The event will conclude with a community bike ride and a traditional rice tasting. Organizers have also ensured accessibility by providing sign language interpretation for most of the scheduled activities.
