The play Solo, which offers a renewed look at the language of clowning, will be performed at 6:00 PM at the Auditori de la Unió Filharmònica d’Amposta, marking the start of the annual children's and family program organized by Xarxa Amposta.
This production has received extensive recognition, earning prestigious awards such as the Zirkòlika Award for best clown show (2022), the FETEN Award for best actor (2023), and the Critic's Award for best national circus show (2024), in addition to the Malabharía Audience Award (2025).
The show invites the spectator to enter the artist's creative backroom, to discover their ideas and follies.
The performance uses puppets, object manipulation, masks, and comedy to follow a character who explores their imagination, illusions, and fears. With sensitivity and humor, Solo reflects on solitude and the “masks” people wear in their daily lives.
Tickets are priced at €6 for Xarxa members and Carnet Jove holders, and €7 for the general public. They can be purchased in advance through the Xarxa Amposta website or at the box office half an hour before the show.
