The project, now well-established, primarily aims to encourage mobility among young people between the various municipal pools, while also promoting healthy habits and a sense of belonging to the territory. The initiative seeks to strengthen the bond between young people and the region during the summer period.
The card will retain its digital format, featuring personal identification via a QR code to be downloaded onto the user's mobile phone. To obtain it, interested individuals should visit the Oficina Jove de la Noguera, located at Plaça Mercadal, 45 in Balaguer. Issuance will take place between June 17th and 30th, from Monday to Friday, during morning hours (09:00h to 14:00h).
The requirements to obtain the card are being between 12 and 30 years old and being registered in one of the participating municipalities. Applicants must present their ID card and the summer pass for their local municipal swimming pool, or proof of payment.
The 19 municipal swimming pools included in this edition of the Interpiscines Card are located in the following towns: Albesa, Alentorn, Artesa de Segre, Baldomar, Bellcaire d’Urgell, Bellmunt d’Urgell, Butsènit d’Urgell, Camarasa, Cubells, La Sentiu de Sió, Les Ventoses, Menàrguens, Montgai, Penelles, Ponts, Preixens, Térmens, Torrelameu, and Vallfogona de Balaguer.
