Manlleu Town Council Meeting on July 28

The ordinary session will address nursery school price reviews, the Local Childhood Plan, and a motion supporting the police.

Next Tuesday, July 28, the Manlleu Town Council will hold its ordinary meeting at 6:00 PM at the Casa de la Vila. The session can be followed live on Radio Manlleu and the council's YouTube channel.

The agenda includes the approval of minutes from previous sessions and various government resolutions. Among these are the price review and contract extension for the municipal nursery school "Els Picarols" for the 2026-2027 academic year, as well as the approval of the Local Childhood and Adolescence Plan (PLIA).
Urban planning issues will also be addressed, such as the approval of the zoning plan for forest land, the final approval of properties to be expropriated along Passeig del Ter for communication systems, the suspension of urban planning procedures to regulate parking requirements, and the approval of the Partial Urban Plan for sector SUD-8 «carretera de Torelló 1».
In the proposals and motions section, a motion for the re-establishment of the registry office's capital status and designation in Manlleu will be debated, along with another motion supporting police forces and demanding more resources for security and justice.
Finally, mayoral decrees, delegated councilor resolutions, and minutes from the Local Government Board will be presented. The meeting will conclude with requests and questions.
