The La Pobla de Segur City Council has organized a series of training courses for tourism sector professionals, aiming to boost nature tourism and outdoor activities in the locality.

This initiative, taking place between April and May at the Molí de l'Oli, is primarily aimed at activity companies and individuals interested in the development of active tourism. The sessions, led by the consultancy Decaba Turisme SL, will combine in-person and online formats to facilitate participation and offer practical tools to improve the tourism offer.
The program will commence on April 21 with an analysis of the ideal tourist profile. Subsequently, on April 28 and May 12, sessions will focus on designing in-demand products and creating collaborative packages among businesses in the sector.
The training calendar will continue on May 19 with content on product improvement and sales, and on May 5, networking will be addressed. The cycle will conclude on May 26 with a session dedicated to online strategies for attracting clients and boosting sales, with these last two sessions being in virtual format.
Participation in these training courses is free, although it is recommended to attend all sessions to maximize the content. Interested individuals can formalize their registration through the link provided by the organization.
With this cycle, the La Pobla de Segur council seeks to consolidate the town as a reference destination for nature tourism and outdoor activities. This action is part of the Sustainable Tourism Plan for Destinations La Pobla de Segur: nature and sustainable active tourism, funded by the European Next Generation funds.
