The alert regarding the structural collapse of the house, which consisted of a ground floor plus two upper floors, was received at 6:18 AM on Wednesday. Upon arrival at the scene in Vilanova de Bellpuig, emergency teams found four individuals trapped under the rubble.

The Medical Emergency System (SEM) confirmed that two of the victims sustained serious injuries and were transferred to a hospital. The other two individuals, suffering minor injuries, were treated and transported to the CUAP de Mollerussa for further assessment.
A total of 14 units from the Bombers de la Generalitat were mobilized to manage the emergency. Additionally, the SEM deployed four ambulances and a team of psychologists to provide emotional support to those affected and their families.
