According to the Generalitat's 2025 Social Report, the Ciutat Jardí district has become the wealthiest area in Lleida, with average monthly household incomes reaching 7,100 euros.

This residential area in northern Lleida significantly exceeds the municipal average of 3,237 euros. Despite a high cost of living—averaging 4,955 euros per month—residents maintain a substantial financial cushion. Major expenses include 1,531 euros for housing utilities and 615 euros for transportation.
The report highlights a sharp economic divide within the city. In contrast to Ciutat Jardí, the Mariola and Historic Center neighborhoods report the lowest net incomes, at 1,657 and 1,990 euros per month, respectively. This data illustrates the complex social fabric and economic disparities present in the capital of the Segrià region.
Across the province, the average monthly household income stands at 3,142 euros. The Alt Urgell and Les Garrigues regions recorded the lowest figures in the province, with monthly averages falling between 2,588 and 2,688 euros.
