The construction of 25 cooperative homes in the Joc de la Bola neighborhood of Lleida is moving forward, with the building already reaching its first floor this February.

Promoted by the Sostre Cívic cooperative, the project is being built on land granted by the Lleida City Council (Paeria). The initiative aims to provide an alternative housing model in the Segrià region.
Upon completion, the building will operate under a right-of-use model. Residents will be able to live there indefinitely in exchange for an initial contribution and a monthly fee, ensuring long-term affordable housing for the cooperative members.
