The Força Lleida basketball club has scheduled an extraordinary general assembly for Monday, March 9, in Lleida to launch the electoral process for its governing board.

The decision, finalized by the board on February 18, aims to approve the electoral census and timeline. This move effectively shortens the current mandate, which was originally set to conclude in July.
Current president Albert Aliaga, who has led the club since 2020, may continue his involvement either by seeking re-election or by transitioning into a general manager role to further the club's professional growth.

"Expects signings during this break."

By resolving administrative matters early, the club intends to focus entirely on sports management and new signings for Hiopos Lleida during the current competitive break.
